Do I need a new till?
No. menyu works next to the till you have. Today your staff ring accepted orders into it by hand.
Does it work with Remaris?
We are connecting it now. Until then your staff ring orders in by hand, and guests pay as they do now.

What changes once it connects?
Guests pay by card as they order: the amount is held on their card, the order arrives in your till, and the money is taken once your staff accept it. Your till prints the fiscal bill.

Your QR codesThe first set is free, one for every table, in the form you pick. Print them while they are on the way.
Card feesWhen guests pay by card, the payment provider takes a small fee from each payment. You see the exact rate before you switch card payments on.
No setup feeSign-up includes a card check: a temporary hold on your card that is then released. It protects the free codes from misuse. Nothing is charged in the free months.

Put your name on the table.

Is it for my kind of venue?
If guests sit at tables, yes: cafés, restaurants, bars and beach bars. In a café guests order the second coffee from the table; in a restaurant they find the wine for the octopus.
Does it work with my till?
Yes, today by hand: your staff ring accepted orders into the till. Remaris is our first connection, in progress.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the code and the menu opens in their phone’s browser.
How do I get the QR codes?
With sign-up you pick stands, plaques or stickers, and the first set is free, one for every table. You can print the codes while they are on the way.
When can guests pay by card?
Once your till is connected, as they order. Until then they pay the way they do now.
Is Wally safe with allergies?
Wally answers allergy questions only for dishes your kitchen has confirmed. Until then it tells guests to check with your staff, and they can call a person from the chat with one tap.
Can I stop after the season?
Yes. After the six free months it is monthly, with no minimum.
What if the internet drops?
The menu and ordering need a connection. If it drops, your team takes orders and payment as usual.
